What data we process

Through the contact form we process only the data you provide voluntarily:

• full name,
• email address,
• company name (optional field),
• message content.

Technical data and form protection

To protect the form against spam and abuse (limiting the number of submissions from a single device) we temporarily process the IP address of the device used to send the submission. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• responding to enquiries sent through the form and conducting correspondence — based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• taking steps prior to entering into a possible contract, where the enquiry concerns this (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• protecting the form against abuse and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data retention period

We keep correspondence data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, and then for the limitation period of any claims. If the contact does not lead to cooperation, we delete the data no later than 12 months after the correspondence ends.

Data recipients

Messages from the form are delivered via Google's email service (Gmail API), and the website uses hosting infrastructure. These providers process the data solely on our documented instructions, as processors. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Because we use Google services (Google LLC), your data may be processed on servers outside the EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers take place under the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses, which ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

• the right of access and to obtain a copy of your data (Art. 15 GDPR);
• the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR);
• the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR);
• the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
• the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR);
• the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
• the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

Voluntary nature of providing data

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to send an enquiry through the form and receive a reply. Failure to provide the data marked as required makes contact by this means impossible.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. In the browser's local storage we save only your preferences regarding the theme (light/dark) and language. This is functional data, necessary for the website to work correctly, and does not require consent.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this policy in the event of changes to how we process data or to applicable law. The current version is always available here, together with the date of the last update.
