Terms of service

These terms set out the rules for using the Charger AI website and for the provision of electronic services in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
General provisions
- The service provider and owner of the website is Charger Sp. z o.o., based at ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 20 lok. 17, 21-040 Świdnik, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 7123318714, REGON: 365366920, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000636344.
- The website is informational in nature and presents an offer of Google artificial-intelligence adoption services.
- Use of the website is free of charge and constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Definitions
- Service Provider — the entity indicated in the „General provisions” section;
- User — any person using the website;
- Website — the website available at charger-ai.com;
- Service — the electronic services described in these terms.
Type and scope of services
Within the website, the Service Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge:
- making informational content about the offered products and services available;
- enabling contact through the contact form.
Technical requirements
Proper use of the website requires:
- a device with internet access;
- an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled;
- for the contact form — an active email address.
Contact form
- Using the form requires providing the data marked as mandatory and sending a message.
- The processing of personal data provided in the form is governed by the Privacy policy.
- The form service is a one-off and ends once the message is sent.
Prohibition of unlawful content
Users are prohibited from providing unlawful content. It is forbidden to use the website and the form in a way that breaches the law, good practice or the rights of third parties, including sending offensive content, spam or malicious software.
Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the website or the services provided can be submitted through the contact form or by phone at +48 537 441 732. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details enabling a reply. We respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
Copyright
The content, trademarks and graphic elements on the website are legally protected and are the property of the Service Provider or are used under appropriate licences. Copying or using them without consent is not permitted.
Final provisions
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms for important reasons; the current version is always available on the website.
- Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law.
- These terms are effective from 22 June 2026.
